1. Definitions

Existing Customer: Any customer active on our supply chain.

Promotion: The 10% discount available to Existing Customers who apply the code ‘10YEARS1LD‘.

Relevant Services: A Detailed Risk Assessment or Preliminary Risk Assessment only.

2. This offer is available when an Existing Customer places an order over the phone or via email. The promotion entitles any Existing Customer who uses the code ‘10YEARS1LD‘ to a 10% discount from any Relevant Order, such orders will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of business (a copy of which will be supplied on request).
3. The Promotion is valid for one month, from 00:01am Friday 1st April 2022 until 11:59pm Saturday 30th April 2022.
4. The Promotion must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discount codes, promotions or price matches.
6. The Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
7. The Promotion is only valid for one order per Existing Customer (including parent companies or subsidiaries of the Existing Customer), with a maximum discount of £100.
8. The Promotion will only apply to an order for the Relevant Services. Where an order also consists of other services the Promotion will only be applied to the fee for the Relevant Services.
9. 1st Line Defence reserves the right to change or waive any part of these terms and conditions at any time, and to take the appropriate action including cancellation or non-application of the Promotion without notice if it is deemed necessary.
