About the Role
The primary purpose of the UXO Specialist is to act as the field specialist for UXO risk mitigation projects.
1st Line Defence UXO Specialists will work on sites where UXO is likely to be encountered and therefore are to have received formal training at a NATO EOD training establishment or a recognised civilian course that has been validated by 1st Line Defence.
They are to be experienced in the recognition of UXO, the assessment of associated hazards and the actions required should they encounter a suspicious object.
